Clearchannel's KFI AM 640 Los Angeles read and responded to my letter regarding Michael Reagan and Mark Dice on 6/17/08 during the 5AM hour. To Bill Handel & KFI management:

Bill, I called your show Monday morning and spoke briefly with your screener about the specific and numerous death threats that Michael Reagan made towards anti-war activist Mark Dice. She said she hadn't heard about it, then looked it up on google and ended by saying that you would cover it in the 8:30 news.

Then at 8:46AM I heard what sounded like a comedy routine with you yucking it up howling with laughter? What is wrong with you? Below are some of the comments Reagan made. As an attorney, don't you think they violate California Penal Code 422?

Elements of Criminal threats
Penal code Section 422 defines a criminal threat as:
"Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out, which on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made, is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to convey to the person threatened a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution of the threat, and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family’s safety."

People should not be threatened with assassination simply because you dislike their politics.
What Reagan did is a crime, and he should be behind bars, as well as fired from his job.
If you don't like the 9/11 'inside job' proponants why don't you take off your clown mask and try debating some of them? Some people who adhere to such a conclusion are BYU physicist Dr. Steven Jones, Former MN governor & Navy Seal Jesse Ventura, Former Reagan Administration official Paul Craig Roberts, former German defense Minister Andreas von Bulow, former Italian president Francesco Cossiga, the head of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth Richard Gage, theologan David Ray Griffin, head of the Star Wars program under Ford and Carter Lt Colonel Bob Bowman, to name a few. Perhaps they're too heavyweight for you, and you'd rather have someone on who claims that reptilians did it?

Reagan's criminal attempt at intimidation of dissenters is a newsworthy story; and as you mentioned, he is being investigated by the FBI.
Some members of local 911 truth groups are protesting Reagan today, and I hope to have a more fair hearing on this matter tomorrow on your show. I will try to call into your show to see if you can discuss the issue intelligently. Or better yet, why don't you have some of us local truthers in studio for a debate?

Also interesting to note is that Reagan suddenly "left the country" this morning after having Mark Dice on his show,.. Mere coincidence, or a rat scurrying in fear?

Michael Reagan openly supports the execution of political Activists in America. He has called for the murder of supporters of the 9/11 Truth Movement. He wants to pay for the bullets. He has used his national radio show to solicit the capital murder of Mark Dice and says that Mark should be “tied to a post in the middle of a firing range and shot and killed.
