The Numbers Look Good

Scott Ritsema | June 27 2005

As we have learned from the insights of independent journalist Daniel Estulin, the program of the globalists has being frustrated by the American people and, in particular, patriotic Americans who believe in the principles on which this country was founded. These beliefs are not monopolized by a single ideology; they are simply American. They are ideas we nearly all agree upon. Recent poll numbers reflect this trend of American opposition to the movements of the oligarchy currently running our country.

Take approval ratings, for example. President Bush, who has pushed for nearly every un-American policy under the sun from abortion to open borders, from big brother to big government, has witnessed approval ratings now in the low 40s. It looks as if he might go down in history as one of the least liked 2-term presidents ever. Then of course there is Arnold Schwarzenegger, who currently boasts the approval of a wimpy 37% of the state of California. And, worst of all, a recent poll done by NYT/CBS found that only 33% of Americans approve of Congress, the branch of government that is supposed to be most representative of the people. Americans are now aware that most of our legislative branch is bought and paid for.

Even more indicative that the American people oppose the plans of our oligarchy are the polling numbers of specific un-American plans that are contrived. The worst of these plans are most telling. Take, for example, the 2004 plot to inaugurate a tax-by-the-mile system in California, where government taxes and tracks drivers everywhere they go. The opposition to this plan was overwhelming, polling in the 80% range.

Then of course, there is the issue of immigration. Americans are appalled that the borders have remained wide open since 9/11. The percentage of the population that believes illegal immigration is a serious problem is around 85%-90%. And this is despite being threatened with the label of racism for holding such a view.

A final example, the recent Supreme Court decision that we do not really own our property, but local governments can continue seizing property and giving it to private developers, is equally telling. The American people, liberals and conservatives alike, are outraged at this decision. Early polls suggest that 90+% of Americans oppose this Supreme Court decision. Americans realize that it is treacherously un-American for government to take away peoples’ houses, businesses and farms, and so the vast majority of us are strongly opposed to this tyranny.

This final poll sums up America’s lack of support for our current government. According to a recent New York Times/CBS News poll, a meager 33% of Americans believe that our country is on the right track. Fortunately, it only takes 5% of the population to start a revolution. The American people are a simmering pot on the verge of boiling over. The numbers look good because they suggest that the future looks bright; Americans will not put up with this forever. Serious change may be on the horizon.
